Design and Development

Continuous improvements will be realized only once everyone accepts the change. To ensure people actively promote it, they must participate throughout the process. The Dutchko methodology is based on involving people and making them part of the solution, from design through the development of the plan to implementation.

  • Design and development is an interactive process involving the parties responsible for the work and the Game Changers team, with Dutchko facilitating.
  • Identify deficiencies in current processes, governance structure, management practices, and behaviors (GAP analysis).
  • Based on the GAP analysis, redesign processes to be effective, efficient, and fit-for-purpose.
  • Create management practices and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal performance of each process. If it is not measured, it can’t be improved.
  • Develop a mechanism to track, control, and analyze deviations to monitor progress.
  • Build an active oversight model to act on deviations.
  • Incorporate the philosophy of continuous improvement into the new working model to ensure sustainability.
  • Develop an implementation plan.
